PEER-Support bietet ein Qualifizierungsprogramm und eine Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für psychosozialen Unterstützung an. Damit soll eine Lücke in der gesundheitlichen Versorgung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter geschlossen werden.
Häufig fehlt es an einer Fachkraft, die bei psychischen oder sozialen Problemstellungen für alle Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte als innerbetrieblicher Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung steht.
