Over the years, we have grown into a renowned international publishing house, with additional offices in Paris and Bristol, Connecticut, USA, to ensure a comprehensive global reach across the academic landscape.
As a family-owned and managed business, Peeters Publishers has consistently upheld its mission to serve the academic community with high-quality scholarly publications. Each year, we publish approximately 250 new book titles and 75 journals, primarily focusing on the Humanities and Social Sciences. Our diverse series cover fields such as Biblical Studies, Religious Studies, Patristics, Classical and Oriental Studies, Egyptology, Philosophy, Ethics, Medieval Studies, and Art.
To maintain the highest production standards, Peeters operates its own state-of-the-art printing office in Belgium, featuring optimized automation and modern workflow processes. Our publications are also available at our bookshop, located in the heart of Leuven's historic city center.
