Pego Projects is a professional services firm, constituted as a Partnership between Gontse Kgosiemang (50% equity partner) and Phenyo Nthase (50% equity partner). Pego Projects is committed to providing an excellent consulting service in quantity surveying, project management and project performance audit, underpinned by our core values of competence, rectitude, teamwork and positive attitude. The Partnership has developed a project quality regime that is specific to each service and the system is being continually improved and documented in order to capture experience with respect to claims, variation orders, unforeseen occurrences, nonconformity and disputes. Services: Project Management - the control of quality, programme and cost through the entire life of a construction project. Quantity Surveying - Cost management of construction projects to ensure that the budget suits the brief and that the cost does not fall outside expected limits. Project Performance Audit - carrying out a watching brief on projects or reviewing performance focusing on programme evaluation, risk management and quality management. Projects include refurbishments and new work in all sectors including education, aviation, health, tourism, commercial, industrial and the public sector.
