Founded in 2015, PekoeBrew Tea Company, the brainchild of Kate Patsky and Jason Selva-Kulendran will be launching late 2016. PekoeBrew brings the focus back to black tea, celebrating both provenance and leaf and how these influence flavour. At PekoeBrew, the love of tea extends beyond the realm of black though, so expect other styles to explore such as white teas, oolongs and the odd tisane here and there.
