PEKSA Group was established in 1965 in Aydin as a family business in the building materials sector. The production of the panel radiator started in 1997 under the main brand name PEKPAN. PEKPAN is among the largest 5 manufacturers in Turkiye with an annual production capacity of 2.500.000 radiators. In addition, investment activities related to increasing production capacity still continue. PEKPAN currently runs three full automatic LEAS welding lines which are among the newest in the industry (2006, 2010 & 2017) PEKPAN has a wide range of panel radiator production. i.e Compact Panel Radiators (4 Connection), Ventil Compact Panel Radiators (6 Connection), Flat Panel radiators (4 and 6 Connection), Vertical Panel Radiators, Vertical Monoblock Radiators. Flat Panel Radiators include 6 different height choices (300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 900 mm) and length choices from 400mm to 2000mm on Types 11PK, 21PKP, 22PKKP, 33PKKPKP. PEKPAN specializes in Center-Connection Panel Radiators (8 Connection) and Hygienic Panel Radiators which are high-segment-products. PEKPAN applies a Total Quality Management System in all of its processes. All steel panel radiators are manufactured in accordance with EN 442 standards and parameters. In addition, all panel radiators are tested at 13 bar pressure at an automated testing plant. PEKPAN does not neglect to show sensitivity to the environment while giving priority to quality. PEKPAN applies environmental friendly nano-technological coating (Zirconium-Silane), waterbased wet paint, Epoxy-polyester powder paint RAL 9016 color process in line with standards DIN 55900 and EN 442. PEKPAN has increased its dynamism in the panel radiator paint process by commissioning the Power and Free Dyehouse, equipped with the latest technology.
