The shortage of skills in the junior miner space and the lack of participation by women in mining deals remains a problem in the Southern African mining industry. To solve that, Pekwa Resources' main focus is sustainable mineral resource development in energy minerals to the benefit of the shareholders and stakeholders. We like to see opportunities turn into livelihoods! We want to accomplish that by creating a working environment where diversity and skills are nurtured.
