Founded in 1997 as the Pelham PACT Coalition, Pelham Together has evolved from a youth substance use prevention coalition to a youth-centered, independent non-profit organization that supports all youth mental and emotional health and wellness.
Pelham Together envisions a community where young people are civically engaged in shaping their community while simultaneously building connections, awareness and opportunities for them to be and stay healthy—physically, emotionally and socially.
Pelham Together is structured as a coalition with representatives from every sector of the community— schools, government, local non-profits, business community, faith-based organizations, law enforcement, parents, and youth themselves. These valuable affiliations allow us to engage caring adults in the health and wellness of our young people. This diversity of expertise and perspective also ensure we remain experts in the current risks to the well-being of our youth, including mental and behavioral health, and substance use.
