Amanda's journey to creating Pella Wellness is woven with lived experiences that deeply influence her work. She’s navigated the complexities of neurodiversity, loss and the lingering effects of narcissistic relationships. These personal challenges have given her a profound empathy and insight, allowing her to connect with people on a genuine level. She understands what it feels like to confront life’s hard edges and to emerge stronger and more self-aware.
