Help innovate new products and services Shop Drawing & Detailing: Generation of Shop Drawing/Engineering detailing, Fabrication drawings and Bills of Material is the backbone of any construction project. Accuracy and timeliness are extremely important to achieve given that these activities are the bottleneck to the actual material procurement and erection process. An understanding of both the construction domain as well as the specific products from the manufacturers involved in a specific project is essential to successful development of the drawings and bills. We are well experienced in Composite/Foam products, Profile Products, Standing seam products, Rain Screen products and understand the intricacies of developing engineering details for wall and roof systems. • Responsible for project tasks including: - Drawing Reviews - Shop Drawing Development for building envelope systems (GN Sheets, Elevation & Plan Views, Detail drawings , Flashing Sheets) - Bill of Material generation - Checking drawings for accuracy and errors - PEB *XDS - Ability to develop complete project from sratach using XDA software and engineering coding file. - Review of Project Documents (Design package, Work-Order, Change-Order, Customer Drawing). - Preparation & review of Structural Model, elevation, detail sheet and anchor rod dwg - Solving Structural & Connection Errors. - Prepare RFI (request for information) considering all stakeholders - Checking of Primary Members, Secondary Members & sheeting - Develop custom details for Structural Members, Secondary Members and for panels. - Billing of material, accessories & hardware needed for installation of PEBs. -Experience on various softwares like XDS (building coding), XDA (steel structure, panels, accessories editing). -Handled international clients PEBS projects under cornerstone buildings brands. -Increased customer satisfaction by resolving building connection errors, load distribution issues, designing detail for building as per customer requirement.
