Pencil & Monk is a space experience design firm that innovates with design to enhance user experience. Our Ethics: We follow a simple three-step process to ensure our client gets the finest outcome - Absorb – Firstly, we asses and understand the needs and challenges of the people who use the space. Then using this understanding along with industry specific research, we develop the design direction. Think – Using the design direction, we build design concepts encompassing the physical, environmental and technological aspects, with 3D visualization tools. This then becomes an iterative process where the client’s feedback and our expertise come together to develop the final design. Act – We pride ourselves in ensuring 100% implementation of the design concept into the physical space. A close working relationship is maintained with the client’s vendors as well as with our own specialists through every stage of the project. We provide this service in Customer experience centers, Retail stores, Boutiques, Museums etc. Employee Space Experience: When we say work is worship, we mean it. Having a well-designed space can enhance workplace productivity and positively impact work culture. We provide this service in Corporate office, Back-end support centers, Cafeterias etc. Family Space Experience: We love dealing with the challenge of marrying individual needs while creating a signature aesthetic for homes.
