Penco Engineering, PA, was founded in 1978 by Norman C. Owings and later incorporated in 1986. Since our inception, our office has been located in Rooks County, Kansas. Norman saw a lack of interest from larger corporations in providing civil engineering services to rural northwest Kansas. Today, our primary focus continues to be providing quality civil engineering services to northwest Kansas and the surrounding area. We live and work in rural Kansas, helping us to recognize the unique needs and challenges within the area.
Penco Engineering provides design, construction, and land surveying services to both private and public clientele. Our projects range from bridge construction and retrofits, to pavement, to landfills, to city streets and sidewalks. Penco’s knowledgeable staff of ten employees is committed to providing long term solutions for our client’s needs. With a wide variety of experience and expertise, Penco has the unique ability to manage projects from funding to finish.
