I deliver tailored soft-skills/interpersonal training to meet the needs of companies, providing bespoke meaningful CPD to their employees.
Focusing upon the latest, evidence-based research, I deliver a greater depth of training with the opportunity to engage in follow-up support sessions to ensure measured impact and ROI.
Training is delivered in an engaging, fun and meaningful way that positively impacts upon the individual and company as a whole.
Trainees are given practical support and provided with 'tools'/examples of good practice to effectively address issues they may face.
I advise companies to book a follow-up session approximately six weeks later to offer feedback, reflection and additional support where needed.
I have over 20 years of teaching and training experience; working for councils in the Midlands, Suffolk and, most recently, Brighton & Hove.
Sessions can be delivered in-house or offices in Brighton/Hove, dependent on number of attendees and course required.
Training sessions can be delivered as a stand-alone session or mornings/full-days can be 'built' from existing sessions.
