The Penn State Equestrian Team, founded in 1971, is an active member of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association’s (IHSA) Zone 3, Region 1. The team encourages any full-time, University Park student with a love for horses and interest in hunt seat English riding to try out for the team. PSET competes in approximately 10-15 shows per year at the regional, zone, and national level. Outside of the show ring, the team also participates in an array of activities including various social events and philanthropic efforts.
