P&P, nasce dalla esperienza maturata dai soci nella gestione del credito, fin dal 1995, con l’obiettivo di affiancarsi, quale Business Partner, a tutte le Aziende che operano nel mercato del Credit Management.
Specializzata nella gestione in outsourcing dell’attività di recupero crediti, P&P assicura, attraverso l’approccio altamente professionale e l’utilizzo di tecnologie di ultima generazione, elevati standard qualitativi.
P&P offre consulenza ed assistenza legale ad intermediari finanziari, SGR e società ex art. 106 T.U.B., dalla fase di acquisizione del credito, sino al recupero stragiudiziale e/o giudiziale.
La struttura è dotata di competenze di alto profilo. Ad ogni prodotto è associata una piattaforma composta da Avvocati appositamente formati, con forte predisposizione per la tipologia di credito gestita, coordinata da un Responsabile di Prodotto e supervisionata da un Team di analisti provenienti da importanti esperienze in ambito bancario e finanziario.
