PENSA is a company located in BRAZIL and holds EASA and ANAC (145 regulations) certifications for the repair of composite aeronautical structures, as well as an ISO 9001:2015 certification to produce parts made of these materials. Our ability to repair composites goes beyond a list of capabilities; what sets us apart is our accreditation in the REPAIR PROCESS. Additionally, we have acquired ISO 9001:2015 certification for the manufacturing of composite components. We are the exclusive representatives of Heatcon Composite Systems and Abaris Training in Latin America. With decades of experience in the composites industry, Heatcon makes vacuum bag-assisted equipment for controlled heat processes on composites repairs. Considering that some Heatcon equipment is portable, we can do field repairs while maintaining the option to apply and cure special materials, such as adhesives, honeycomb, prepregs, glass, Kevlar, and carbon fabrics. We provide Abaris training programs in composite material manufacture and repair processes in addition to our aeronautical repair skills. Of course, the FAA-USA recognizes the contents of these programs. Through a combination of theoretical and practical instructions, our programs, as described below, truly seek to prepare professionals for the composites industry.
