Pension & Co is a cross border, multi employer Belgian pension fund (IORP). Pension & Co offers a solution for all organizations interested in the benefits of a pension fund, but for whom a proper autonomous OFP is not feasible. The design of Pension & Co allows an organization to organize tailored made benefit schemes and to keep separate ring fenced assets . Benefit schemes can be of the type of defined contribution and/or defined benefit.
