Penstock is a committed fund with the explicit mandate to invest equity into independent sponsor-led transactions. In addition, the professionals at Penstock can provide support and guidance through the diligence, negotiation, documentation, and ownership phases of a transaction if the situation requires. We are focused on minority equity positions but have the capability to be majority equity investors too.
