Penta Flowers

Penta Flowers is a family-owned flower farm operating within the Murang'a and Kiambu Counties of Central Kenya. we have two distinct locations, namely;  Ndarugu Farm in Kiambu county, off the Thika Super Highway.  Thika farm, our headquarters, in Murang'a County, off Gatanga road. At present, we cultivate both roses and fillers for the cut-flowers market. Our roses account for 60 Hectares and the fillers the remaining 7 Hectares. The Ndarugu and Thika Farm's production systems are hydroponics and soil based, respectively. The company has adopted minimum tillage practices, Integrated Crop Management techniques, and efficient irrigation systems. We are avid proponents of environmental conservation. We have implemented rainwater harvesting systems, robust waste management systems, and our considerable investment in solar energy. We are committed to ethical and sustainable production through our accreditation to various GAP, environmental and social standards. These standards, namely; Fairtrade, OHAS' ornamental packhouse standard, Kenya Flower Council's Flowers and Ornamentals Sustainability Standard, MPS A, MPS socially Qualified, MPS Ethical Trading Initiative, and SMETA.
