Pentana Limited is a UK private company owned by our Directors and senior employees. Pentana Inc. was incorporated in 1999 and has staff based across the USA we opened in Australia in 2002, we have 22 globally based business partners enabling Pentana to provide 24 hour global support. With 21 years experience in audit software development, Pentana work with some of the most prominent and influential companies globally. By developing Audit and Risk Management systems, financial disclosure checklists and the integration of resource management tools, we have gained the trust of our clients and peers who have come to look upon Pentana as an industry leader in the Audit and Risk Management and disclosure sectors. PAWS (Pentana Audit Work System) was first released in 2002. In 2011, we released Pentana Vision, which is the successor to PAWS. Pentana Vision is modern software, with the PAWS philosophy built-in. We are on version 2.1 of Pentana Vision. Pentana is a highly focussed and utterly committed business and our philosophy has remained constant. We combine audit, risk and IT expertise to provide systems and people skills that add value to the work of our clients. Our software automates existing documents; improves efficiency and enhances the work of our clients by automating processes and spreading knowledge. It provides a framework within which management can carry out quality reviews and monitor performance no matter where the detailed work is being carried out. Pentana were acquired by Ideagen plc in November 2013.
