We are Architects based in Malawi offering a range of Architecture and design services. The ethos of the company is rooted in the idea of good Architecture. The name Pent_MD is an acronym for Place, Experience, Need, Thought, Making and Dwelling. We believe that Architecture derives from need and thought, it is then made, leading to formation of place and its experience thereof. The idea of inhabiting a space and dwelling is central in the creation of Architecture, it sets into motion a domino effect that we are committed to and endeavor to achieve. We have in mind that our clients seek to have a space that speaks to their identity, dreams and aspirations. We are indebted to our clients to achieve this by curating bespoke spaces. Our strategy for the realization of this goal is by practicing architecture utilizing a process-oriented design approach rooted in research, exploration, inquisition and participatory design methods translating the clients’ ideas, dreams and aspirations into fruition.
