Including but not limited to; disciplinary management, re-organisation, staff integration, compensations, benefits and reward management; •Addressing and resolving People related matters through all stages of acquisition, divestiture and merger, including pre-transaction diligence, negotiation, integration planning and implementation; •Develop, revise and implement Company Policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws; •Devise recruitment & talent management strategies; •Support clients with performance management of their workforce; •Line management training workshops; •In- house People management (HR) Professionals training workshops
