The Perak State Agricultural Development Corporation (SADC) was incorporated under the Enactment Rev. No. 11 (2011), Rev No. 7 (1981), Rev No. 9 (1974), and Origin of No. 2 (1973), to generate and promote agricultural development and agro-based industry in the state of Perak
SADC was incorporated in February 1973, was fully in operational since 1974. During the early phase of its incorporation, YAB Dato'Seri Haji Mohamad Ghazali bin Jawi, was appointed as the chairman in accordance to the section 4(1) (a) of the said Enactment.
SADC is led by Perak Menteri Besar as the chairman of the board which composed of Ex-Officio :
