PERCEPTIVE IDEAS CONSULTING ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. (formerly known as PRISTINE IDEAS) is a New Delhi based Structural Design and Civil Engineering Consulting Organization incepted in APRIL 2014 by AJAY GUPTA. As the name itself enchant, PERCEPTIVE IDEAS is aimed to generate Designs with lot of thought, judgement and efforts, such that it comes out to be SPOTLESS. Intent is to deliver Design as combination of Engineering and Commercial aspect, which we term as TECHNO-COMMERCIAL solutions, but obvious meeting with functionality, aesthetics and constructability. Our philosophy is to walk off an EXTRA MILE in maturing Design by contemplating feasible Design Options, Codal Compliance, synchronizing with Fellow Consultants/ Client's Team, Optimized Solutions, Constructability, Adoptability, Value Engineering, with assured NO - Compromise in Aesthetics & Functionality. Our Creation is conclusion of Engineering Calculations/Compliances blended with our experiences. Our aim is to deliver Designs which performs PHYSICALLY FLAWLESS when executed in terms of Strength - Durability - Serviceability Commercial Viability. Prime Importance is given for integration of Non Structural Elements with Primary Structural Elements for overall behavior of Building during its life span. Each assignment regardless of size - given appropriate thought & spell. Designs are Customized as per the requirement of project by understanding Culture of Client/Location and availability of resources. PERCEPTIVE IDEAS is equipped with a fully Computerized Design Studio as their basic working tool. Adopting a digital platform has vividly improved response time, examining and solving Design Issues faster and in improved manner. In near future, we seek to adopt electronic platform to develop PAPERLESS working environment. Extraordinary efforts have been given for DATA STORAGE and DOCUMENTATION through inhouse DATA management system uploaded on cloud based technologies.
