Tomato sauces ready to use, condiments and ‘bruschettas’, paté, sauces and EXTRA quality jams, respecting the cooking tradition of Salento – Puglia. Our products never contain preservatives nor additives but only the intense flavour of the best raw ingredients, slowly cooked. The company was born in 2007 by our vast experience as food technologists, dedicating 20 years to food research and the study of recipes, working with private partners, Universities and research institutions. That’s why we are called Perché ci credo, "because I believe in it”, in our name is the passion we feel for our products.
