Two advanced manufacturing units: SBU 1: Perfect Engineering Products Limited (PEPL) Manufactures valve seat inserts, valve guides and other locomotive and marine engine components. Located in Lonavala, 60 KM East of Pune City, Maharashtra. The plant includes a resin sand foundry specialising in high alloy and cast/grey iron castings, and a complete machine shop including CNCs. SBU 2: Perfect Engine Components Pvt. Limited (PECPL) Exclusively manufactures valves The plant Includes forge shop with extrusion and upset forging and complete machine shop including CNCs. Located 40 KM West of Pune City, Maharashtra Our current product range services internal combustion engines ranging from 7.4 Hp to 18000 Hp, catering to key segments including: Two and Three Wheelers; Commercial Vehicles; Power Gen; Locomotives; Marine; Agriculture; Construction and Earth Moving equipment. Our key customer base consists of multiple domestic and international OEMs including; Cummins; Caterpillar; Tata Motors; Tata Cummins; Bajaj Auto; KOEL; KOEL Green; Indian Railways; GE; Innios; Escorts; Eicher; Tafe.
