Perfect Solutions (2008,) is a leading media placements consultant group partnering with several renowned companies including, JioHotstar, IndiaTV News, Sun TV Network, Hindustan Times, Radio Mirchi, RedFM, BigFM, MY FM, RadioCity and many more. We have a strong internal database referrals and have successfully placed professionals across all verticals in Media (English & Hindi,) OTT, etc. Terms & Conditions: a. Sourcing Fee- - 8.33% of the annual gross salary for all the positions. - Gross will include Basic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, uniform allowance, soft furnishing allowance, education allowance, periodicals allowance, conveyance and any other remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly/annual compensation. This will exclude only sales, performance incentives and stock options. As per minimal charges 8.33% for any requirement apply. b. Payment Terms- - Within 30 days of the date of the candidate's joining. c. Replacement Terms- · If the candidate leaves on his own within 3 months of joining, Perfect Solutions will provide a free replacement.
