Perfect Posture Pilates is a boutique, neighborhood Pilates and wellness studio offering one-on-one private sessions and group classes in both body conditioning and physical rehabilitation. Located in the heart of Astoria, just a short bike ride from LIC and only a few subway stops from Manhattan, our bright and open studio will provide you with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will inspire you to workout, to recover from physical ailments and to take a much needed mental pause from the craziness of the city. For those seeking a mindful and energizing Pilates conditioning workout in a fun social environment, we offer small group reformer, mat and springboard tower classes. Group classes are designed to help you reach your personal fitness goals. For those who are healing from an injury or from chronic pain, we offer private therapeutic Pilates sessions. Each private session is customized to address clients’ specific rehabilitative needs.
