The originator can also interview borrowers “Live” while following the systematic fool proof process. Based off the answers, the software builds a checklist of documentation that is now needed from the borrower. This process allows borrowers to remain informed and involved while educating and advancing them on to the next steps. PerfectLO also provides a summary of key information to loan originators and exports the results into their Loan Origination Software (LOS).
