The Perfect Therapy Group (PTG) is a mental wellness practice providing tailored, quality services to high-performing individuals. We specialize in treating anxiety, perfectionism, sport- or performance- related concerns, and multicultural issues. We aim to prevent burnout amongst our clientele by achieving a daily dose of "good enough" while continually pursuing excellence.
We help improve clients' sense of self, relationships with others, and overall life satisfaction. Our team doesn’t subscribe to a “one size fits all” approach – we listen and adapt to each person.
