In 1997, Ted Johnson founded the company known as Performance Athletix based on these principles. It was born from not just athletic prowess, but beyond that: passion for training and developing training protocols for athletes to get to “the next level.” Performance Athletix has developed an incredibly individualized approach to training, based on the physiology, nutrition, skills, and potential for improvement/success of the limited number of athletes we agree to work with. We closely and transparently monitor these factors and the progress of each of our athletes’ development, while continuing to develop innovative training methods using cutting-edge technology and research.
