The Performance Kitchen started life as a Youtube channel and Blog where pro athletes and Olympians would share their own training tips and recipes. We have become a popular and recognizable brand among elite athletes, and together with a group of Olympians, have spent several months designing a recovery protein powder which gives them everything they need to recovery quickly after training, and to maximise the benefits of their workouts.
