Performance Playground

Performance Playground is coaching programmed to the individual needs of Multi-Sport athletes, allowing you to achieve your full potential. Established in 2016 by brothers Sam & Jack Murphy, Performance Playground caters to the specific goals, training availability and progress of each athlete to ensure that they can achieve their desired goals. Whether this be crossing the line at their first triathlon, smashing their PB or qualifying for Kona, we can provide the guidance and programming required to make this happen.
