Performance Potential is one of Queensland’s most dynamic and innovative leadership development consultancies. Bringing together a combination of expertise in business management, information management, elite sport, coaching psychology, leadership development and sport psychology, Performance Potential is one of the few consultancies that can deliver real and sustained change for teams, individuals and organisations. This hybrid of experiences is what sets Performance Potential apart. We take a multi-perspective, solutions-focused, experiential and pragmatic approach to working with people. At performance Potential, we don’t believe in teaching people more leadership theory. We believe in creating experiences for people to challenge and refine their own leadership theory. Then we give the opportunity to practice and rehearse, so that actually do it when it counts. Our current clients include public sector leaders, mining companies, small-to-medium businesses, ASX100 companies, electronics businesses, TAFEs and universities, current and former Olympians and investment companies. In addition to this, Performance Potential also facilitates the annual Athlete Potential Workshop featuring Olympians and Elite Athletes (including Anna Meares, Ben Daly, Brittany Elmslie and Mel Rippon) and the Women’s Potential Seminars - designed for high-potential women in high-performance roles.
