Performance Strategies Group is an organizational development and coaching firm. We help organizations and individuals sharpen their sales skills and processes, build more productive teams, and equip more effective and resilient leaders. PSG was founded more than 10 years ago by Principal Consultant, Jim Owens. In August, 2018, Owens retired after more than 30 years as an executive in the banking industry. Jim is the author two works of non-fiction, 40 Lessons in Leadership and Negotiation & Solution Selling for Bankers. The company uses a variety of behavioral profiles, 360 degree assessments, leadership training modules, and a trust-based approach to improving performance across a variety of industries. PSG has done work in commercial and mortgage banking, non-profits, education and healthcare. Additionally, Jim has developed a "Performance Coaching Model" designed to help people become more productive and less stressed. He is also a sought after speaker on such topics as Leadership, Change, and Resilience.
