Performance Training

Performance Training is a Registered Training Ogranisation that focuses on the Mining (coal and metalliferous, surface and underground) and Construction industries and provides training that is industry relevant and statutory and regulatory compliant. Our training and assessment materials are dynamic, adaptable and interactive. We believe all training should increase skill capacity, build internal competence, and improve safety. From initial contact, development and through to delivery, we guide you through every step of the way, providing expertise in a strong consultative approach. Performance Training provides training that is client focussed and specific to each unique site, environment and location. Training materials are tailored to student learning needs. Training is delivered onsite by qualified trainer and assessors. Performance Training has been a Registered Training Organisation since January 1, 1998. Initially we became an RTO to reassure our clients of our ability to provide quality training resources and to reinforce their confidence in our products. Over recent years, the purpose of our RTO has expanded resulting in the RTO becoming a stand-alone business unit within Performance Training. This expansion was necessary to meet client demands for a full range of vocational options including competency and licensing requirements.
