Performance Matters is an award-winning learning design consulting company. Hannah is the lead Learning Design Consultant. She has over 20 years of experience from working in-house and as an external consultant.
Hannah approaches working with clients as a Sherpa who helps them climb Mount Everest. She did some heavy lifting but was more than a pair of extra hands. She knew the terrain, so recommended the safest route to take. She knew what equipment was needed. Her client’s success was her success, so she motivated them, supporte them, and directed them as needed.
Clients called on Hannah when they couldn't get to the summit on their own. Or, they called when they didn't know what the summit looked like. Hannah had been there before and could paint the picture for them and outline the way there.
