PerformX is a software platform that enables medical practices to survey each step of a patient’s visit and use that feedback to improve Patient Experience. By utilizing a simple, immediate post visit survey, a patient expressing a negative event can be quickly recovered. A patient noting a positive experience will always be encouraged to post their review. Survey responses are used to identify needed coaching that is delivered from the PerformX Library of customer service standards. Staff development occurs through the employee’s engagement with the platform. Improvement in a practice’s Patient Experience leads to gains in patient loyalty, retention, referral, and reputation.
