Building Better, Living Brighter PERIDOT was founded in 2011 by a team of young and dynamic directors who have extensive experiences in architectural consultancy, property & construction and engineering industry. Acting as mentors and chairman of PERIDOT, Dato’ Ng Kee Leen and Mr. Lai Moo Chan are both former Presidents of Master Builders Association Malaysia with over 40 years of experience in the property and construction industry. PERIDOT, led by the devoted Managing Director - Mr. Ng Keong Wee, Executive Director - Mr. Eric Lai Wee Meng & Project Director - Mr. Ethan Lai Wee Sheng and their team will continue to pursue business opportunity aggressively and strive to deliver exceptional projects to the community. Driven with passion in the building field, the company aims to focus on 3 main developments - residential, industrial and commercial. PERIDOT has successfully completed and delivered projects such as Creste at Puncak Jalil, Nusa Tropika at Ampang Ukay, Taman Nilam at Banting, and PRIME, to name a few. PRIME is an award-winning project which has received the Highly Commended award in the Industrial development category from Asia Pacific Property Award 2015-2016. In 2016, PERIDOT was also awarded SME100 Fast Moving Company for its achievements in property developments.
