Perinatal Solutions LLC is a consulting firm that helps organizations reduce preventable medical errors and improve outcomes in obstetrics and gynecology. Founded by Dr. Linda Burke, a board-certified OB-GYN and clinical informatics expert, our work focuses on using data and AI to uncover clinical blind spots before they become crises. We specialize in applying AI-based pattern recognition to detect early warning signs of life-threatening maternal conditions such as hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, including preeclampsia. With over three decades of high-risk OB experience and federal-level malpractice review expertise, we offer strategic consulting, EHR audits, and maternal safety training. We also provide evidence-based prenatal education, both online and in-person, for patients navigating presumed low- and high-risk pregnancies.
