Period Talk Uganda is a youth-led initiative dedicated to fighting period poverty, menstrual stigma, and promoting menstrual health education across Uganda. We believe that menstruation should never be a barrier to education, dignity, or opportunity. Through advocacy, community outreach, and sustainable solutions like reusable pad distribution and skills training, we empower girls and women to manage their periods safely and confidently. Our partnerships with local and international organizations help us drive systemic change, influence policies, and create inclusive conversations around menstrual health.
