Rumah Cemara

Rumah Cemara is a Community-Based Organization for People Living with HIV/AIDS and People who Use Drugs. Our vision is to have an Indonesia without stigma and discrimination, where all people have equal access to quality health services, are protected under rights-based laws, and have development opportunities. Our missions are to make a meaningful contribution to improving laws and policies that impact key population communities, tackling HIV and narcotics, mainstreaming knowledge and understanding and synergizing with civil society groups, expanding public support for HIV and narcotics countermeasures through innovative approaches, and strengthening institutional capabilities (in terms of independence, organizational governance and being a referral system)
