Perla del Garda ha origine da un’idea ambiziosa: riportare la vigna sulle colline moreniche della nostra azienda agricola.
La filosofia di produzione si basa su un principio fondamentale: il vino si comincia a fare in vigna, rispondendo senza schemi fissi alle congiunture climatiche dell’annata con l’attenzione e la saggezza della nostra tradizione contadina.
La raccolta a mano dei grappoli d’uva, da agosto a novembre, e la vinificazione a caduta rappresentano i due pilastri del nostro metodo di produzione.
