You get a customized service • Together we scan your property purchasing project, in order to come up with an accurate list of your needs and requirements. • You will be assisted all the way through your property project, up to the bill of sale signature at the solicitor’s. We look at all properties currently on offer • We give you access to more than 80% of properties for sale thanks to our extended network. • We prospect, select and visit apartments and houses for you. • After each visit, we send you a detailed, illustrated and commented report. Then you choose the apartments you wish to visit ! Our first interview • During our first interview we spend time together to understand your project, in order to clearly define your needs and expectations. • We plan and organize the different steps of your project. • To seal our mutual agreement of the whole process and enable us to start property hunting for you, we proceed to the signature of a « client search agreement ».
