I am the Founder of Perm Med Solutions. My journey began in 2009. A woman-owned and operated boutique healthcare recruitment company specializing in full-time permanent placement in areas of nursing, nursing leadership, allied health, and other healthcare-related positions all over the country. I bring to the table well over 20 year’s permanent placement recruitment experience in the healthcare industry. After working in large recruitment firms for many years I saw a rapid fall in customer service and care in the industry. As a single mom, at the time, with a lot of experience in the market to stay small and stay true to what I believe is the big picture. I want to make your job easier, not harder, I strive to successfully fill critical and hard to fill needs with the right candidates. I will go above and beyond to assist our candidates to find the right position, professionally as well as personally.
