All its advisers are members of the Institute of Consulting, and have all been owner/managers of their own SME’s, bringing hands-on experience to clients. Business Advice from qualified advisers includes preparation of Business Plans for raising finance, sales and marketing plans, quality improvement, and cost reduction to improve profits, to mentoring and coaching of senior staff. In addition we will source grants and help clients to submit grant applications. It's advisors have experience of delivering Business Improvement Techniques (BITS) to businesses, particularly in the manufacturing sector. In addition we provide Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching by fully qualified Mentors and Coaches with many years experience of working with businesses in many sectors and at different stages in their development.
