Telecom Italia Media Broadcasting (TIMB), a major Digital Terrestrial Television Network Operator since 2005. In June 2014 Italian media company Telecom Italia Media and publisher Gruppo Edtioriale L'Espresso merged their digital terrestrial network operator assets, creating "Persidera", the biggest independent Digital Terrestrial Television Network Operator in the Italian broadcasting scenario. Telecom Italia Media and Gruppo Editoriale l'Espresso hold respectively 70% and 30% of Persidera S.p.A. Persidera operates, manages and deploys transmission networks, OTT, multiscreen and and play-out services through which third parties digital television channels are broadcasted all over Italy and the internet. Relying on state-of-the-art ICT technologies as well as top level technical staff, Persidera provides digital terrestrial television services covering more than 95% of Italian population. Currently, Persidera's infrastructures host major third-parties Media Editors & Broadcasters, among which: Discovery, Viacom, Sky Italia, Mediaset, De Agostini, CTV, Elemedia, RTL 102.5 Hit Radio, Radio Italia SMI, HSE24, Juwelo.
