While we utilize common business practices, our primary objective is not profit generation. Instead, we focus on social objectives, including community well-being, community empowerment, and addressing the needs of underserved populations. This means that 60% of our assets are dedicated to furthering our community purposes and dividend payments to shareholders are capped at 40% of annual profits. What specific services does PCS offer? Our services include: Capacity development: Assisting organizations and communities in enhancing their operational capacity, particularly in the areas of safety and well-being. Policy development: Creating and refining policies that promote community safety and well-being, aligning with community needs and values. Program development: Designing and implementing programs that address specific community safety and well-being challenges. Training: Providing customized training programs that equip individuals and teams with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance safety and well-being within their communities.
