La Maison PERSTA est née de la volonté
de frères jumeaux de créer une maison
de joaillerie familiale, innovante et à l’écoute
de son époque. Olivier, joaillier pour une
grande maison de la place Vendôme pendant
onze ans, et Guilhem, directeur artistique en
communication visuelle et design, mettent
en commun leurs expériences personnelles
et leurs influences artistiques.
Persta signifie persiste en latin et provient
de notre devise familiale Deo juvante persta.
Fascinés par l’Antiquité, nous nous inspirons
des formes architecturales, de l’artisanat et
de la mythologie des civilisations anciennes.
Nos créations ont pour ambition de rendre
hommage au passé tout en participant
à l’écriture du monde à venir, car nous
croyons «à l’unité, à la persistance, à la
logique, à l’adhésion d’hier avec demain»
( Victor Hugo dans «Moi, l’amour, la femme» ).

The House of PERSTA is the brainchild of twin
brothers who decided to establish a familyrun
jewellers; it would be innovative and
contemporary. Olivier, who spent eleven years
working as a jeweller for a prestigious marque
in Place Vendôme, and Guilhem, an artistic
director in visual communication and design,
combined their personal experience and
artistic influences.
Persta, the Latin for persist, is taken from our
family motto Deo Juvante Persta.
Fascinated by the Antiquity we draw
our inspiration from the architecture,
craftsmanship, and mythology of ancient
civilisations. PERSTA creations are our way
of paying tribute to the past while playing
a part in paving the way for the future. To
borrow from Victor Hugo we believe in «unity,
persistance, logic, a cohesion between what is
past and what is to come.» (Victor Hugo from
«Moi, l’amour, la femme»).
