We have over 1000sqm of floor space at our Bayswater workshop. Complimented by all the facilities required to undertake all jobs with speed & accuracy.
We believe that out service & quality go unmatched.
Our Burnout oven is used to burn insulation from stators that need to be rewound. This process is used to protect the stator core from damage due to uncontrolled heat being applied to the laminations. The afterburner also eliminates any hazardous smoke being released into the atmosphere.
A gas fired baking oven to ensure correct baking temperature is maintained for all stators.
State of the art testing equipment to diagnose faults in windings quickly & accurately, generator test bed & load bank, 5 tonne overhead crane, pump testing station, presses.
