Pessoa Group

The Pessoa Group was a collaborative partnership that specialized in digital consulting, web design, and web development in 2013 and 2014. The partnership's key approach to design was practicality and simplicity, putting human factors in design before marketing. Made up of freelance designers and developers from Boston, The Pessoa Group took its name from Fernando Pessoa, a Portuguese poet from Lisbon whose solemn inquiries into the human condition were central to his work. The Pessoa Group's clients included the Mars Corporation, Lambda Prime Investments, Pro Hoop Strength, and 3LP Advisors. Its cofounders were Ian Phipps, Nicole Martinez, and Daniel Quinn.
